A close-knit Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help with their increased workload in Preston.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a small, collaborative team, delivering industrial and residential projects across the Northwest of England. You may also be required to undertake the role of Employer's Agent, acting as the client's representative to administer contracts, manage project delivery, and ensure contractual obligations are met from inception through to completion.
