A forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their collaborative Quantity Surveyor team in Leeds. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a multi-disciplinary team that work together to deliver a mix of healthcare, education, and retail projects.
In this role, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on both pre- and post-contract duties, overseeing cost planning, budget management, valuations and accounts, while also supporting Junior Quantity Surveyors and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Ideally MRICS
- Experience working within a PQS Consultancy
- Project Management / Employer's Agent Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Able to run a project independently
