A fast-paced and expanding Cost & Project Management consultancy is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable delivering projects independently.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse range of hospitality, leisure, and retail projects for well-known brands and clients. The team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can collaborate closely with the Project Management team to lead and deliver projects, both pre and post contract, from the initial design stage through to completion.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree
  • Currently a Senior QS or looking to take a step up
  • 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
  • Hospitality, leisure, or retail project experience is preferred
  • Comfortable leading projects from inception to completion

In Return:
