A rapidly expanding Project and Cost Management consultancy in London is seeking an Assistant QS / Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working closely with clients on fast-paced projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's role involves working in London and attending site when required. The new Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Project Management team in delivering an array of retail, leisure, and hospitality projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will mainly be involved in carrying out pre-contract tasks such as:

  • Estimating
  • Cost planning
  • Supporting with tenders
  • Preparing commercial reports

Qualifications:

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or in the latter stages of a QS apprenticeship
  • 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
  • Pre-contract experience
  • CostX experience would be useful
  • Strong communication skills
