Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

  • Support a Senior QS and Associate Quantity Surveyor with pre and post contract tasks, including some Contract Administration/Employer's Agent work.
  • Assist on projects up to £80m, including industrial, healthcare, retail, and residential.

Qualifications

  • 18+ months of Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or on the apprenticeship scheme).
  • Basic pre and post contract experience.
  • Worked for a PQS/QS consultancy practice.
  • Able to commute around Surrey (driving licence and car).
