A cemented, diversifying Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with good Employers' Agent and Project Management experience to join their Manchester office.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of restoration and residential projects, delivering professional customer service and meeting project deadlines.
The role includes performing an Employer's Agent role, visiting sites and joining client meetings, as well as completing delegated tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver restoration and residential projects within time, cost and quality parameters.
- Act as Employer's Agent: visit sites, attend meetings and liaise with clients.
- Complete delegated tasks to a high standard while consistently meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
- Experience within a PQS / consultancy environment.
- MRICS or working towards the qualification.
- Good pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge.
- Commutable to Manchester.
- Ideally previous residential experience.
- Experience as Employer's Agent or Project Manager is a bonus.
