A personable, Hertfordshire-based Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy are looking to add a detail-oriented Contract Administrator / Employer's Agent.
The successful Contract Administrator will sit between the Quantity Surveying and Project Management teams, primarily working on JCT contracts across a variety of projects, including retail, fit-out, some new-build, cut & carve, and roll-outs.
The team are looking to add a Contract Administrator with JCT contract experience, a keen eye for detail, and preferably worked within a PQS / Construction environment.
- Construction / Quantity Surveying background is preferred
- Experience of carrying out a CA/Employers Agent role
- Ideally worked within a construction consultancy or similar environment
- JCT contract experience
