A national, people-focused construction consultancy is seeking a well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to build and grow a team.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across several impressive projects across the South, including a new state of the art performing theatre, a first of its kind wellness facility, and supporting a local authority.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall carry out pre and post contract services, taking projects from inception to completion, with the support of the wider quantity surveying team.
- MRICS or extensive PQS experience
- Minimum of 6 years Quantity Surveying experience
- UK PQS/ Consultancy background
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- A successful track record of delivering projects independently
- Client facing / team player
