An independent UK Construction Consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions to join their QS team in Essex.

The Partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable providing guidance and support to graduate and assistant level Quantity Surveyors. As well as acting as a mentor, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will enjoy working across a diverse portfolio of projects within the built environment - taking projects from inception to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • Preferably MRICS
  • Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
  • Current or prior experience of carrying out a Senior QS role
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Happy to support junior QSs with their APC and development
  • Comfortable commuting to Essex
