A construction consultancy specialising in Project Management and Quantity Surveying is seeking an APC‑level Quantity Surveyor to work alongside their lead Quantity Surveyor. The role focuses primarily on healthcare clients, delivering projects such as offices, car parks, medical centres and other healthcare facilities across London and the Home Counties, with project values up to £30 million.

Responsibilities

  • Support the lead Quantity Surveyor with the day‑to‑day running of projects.
  • Manage and deliver your own projects from start to finish.
  • Attend client sites as required.

Qualifications

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
  • Based in Hertfordshire or the surrounding area.
  • Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience.
  • Preferably experience within a PQS or consultancy practice.
  • Planning to sit your APC interview within the next 6–12 months.
  • Healthcare project experience is a plus.
