A national Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Surrey office which has secured multiple projects and is looking to grow.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an Associate and Partner on a mixture of large industrial schemes and fast-paced healthcare refurbishments to begin with.
- There are also student accommodation, residential, and hotel projects to help with.
- The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects from inception to completion, including acting as an EA/CA when required, whilst also providing support on more complex/larger projects.
Qualifications
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Able to run projects independently / with Partner support
- Surrey based – driving licence and car
- PQS / Consultancy experience
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
