An ambitious Cambridge based construction consultancy is seeking a Director level quantity surveyor (or project manager) to free up the current partners.

The Partners are seeking a Director to come in and be involved in managing the day to day activities of a small QS team, manage and interact with clients, show real leadership, and also help deliver projects when required. This opportunity would suit either an Associate Quantity Surveyor seeking a step-up or a current QS Director who is looking for a fresh challenge with a vibrant, proactive, and expanding consultancy.

The Director:

  • Lives within one hour of Cambridge
  • Currently an Associate QS or Director level quantity surveyor (or PM)
  • MRICS is ideal
  • Can manage and work well with clients
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong technical knowledge - pre and post contract
  • PQS / Consultancy background
