The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a leading role in delivering work, building a team, and work themselves into a position of becoming the Quantity Surveying Director at Board level.
Work wise, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working on £30m life science labs, a marina village development, residential, and a commercial film studio.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or FRICS
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- Comfortable still leading and delivering projects
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Happy to work in a small team
- A leader, ambitious, client facing
