One of London's leading Quantity Surveying consultancies is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London office and work with a portfolio of prestigious blue-chip clients.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside high-profile, blue-chip clients, the successful Quantity Surveyor will undertake multiple CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across the city, primarily pre-contract including Excel modelling, cost planning, and value engineering.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working on CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Working towards MRICS
  • PQS / Consultancy experience
  • Client facing
