A north-west, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that works closely with a major infrastructure client is seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors for multiple sites across the UK.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role primarily involves working remotely, with occasional travel to site. The new Senior Quantity Surveyors will be working on large-scale, multi-million-pound infrastructure projects (electrical, substations, overhead lines). You will be commercially managing projects as well as mentoring less experienced quantity surveyors. Day to day will involve a mixture of pre- and post-contract work, including reviewing cost data, carrying out commercial audits, contract administration, and forecasting.

- Birmingham
- North Wales
- Manchester
Requirements:
- NEC contract experience
- Previous infrastructure project experience (preferably electrical, substations, overhead lines) is desirable.
- Must be client facing, able to integrate well with teams
- Willing to travel occasionally to site
- MRICS would be nice, but not essential
- Experience of managing / mentoring less experienced QSs
