A close-knit, national Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a well-spoken and organised Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South Wales.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join the consultancy's Cardiff office where you will be working as part of a small team on a diverse selection of projects across a variety of sectors including residential, heritage, healthcare and listed buildings.

The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre and post contract, from conducting feasibility studies and writing up tender evaluations, to cost reports and cost forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
  • Keen to complete your APC / MRICS.
  • Pre and post contract experience.
  • PQS / construction consultancy experience.
  • Preferably worked on projects across the built environment.
  • Car and driver's license.
