The Assistant Building Surveyor’s role
The team in Surrey is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor who is eager to support complex projects and gain training and experience from Senior Building Surveyors in the following areas:
- Preparing reports on condition, defect repairs and maintenance plans
- Prepare and serve party wall notices and awards
- Project management and administer contracts on repair and refurb projects
Project wise, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will mainly be working on luxury, high end residential properties, as well as some important housing association schemes.
