A long-standing, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add an experienced Monitoring Surveyor to their close-knit Surveying team in Brighton. The Monitoring Surveyor's role Working alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Partner, the new Monitoring Surveyor will cover sites across Brighton, London and the Home Counties, and is experienced enough to work independently, albeit with support from the team. Day to day, the successful Monitoring Surveyor will be involved in preparing regular site reports, comment on accounts and cash flow projections, anticipate final costs, and more.
