A team-focused Construction Consultancy in Sussex are seeking a bright and articulate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role:

  • Based near Chichester, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across various historic, residential, and commercial properties throughout the West Sussex area.
  • The successful Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a diverse role including liaising with contractors, cost planning, pre contract estimates, working on JCT contracts and more.

The Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • UK PQS/ Consultancy experience is preferred
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Able to carry out QS tasks independently
  • Driving licence and car
