A team-focused Construction Consultancy in Sussex are seeking a bright and articulate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Quantity Surveyor's role:
- Based near Chichester, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across various historic, residential, and commercial properties throughout the West Sussex area.
- The successful Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a diverse role including liaising with contractors, cost planning, pre-contract estimates, working on JCT contracts and more.
The Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Completed a RICS accredited degree
- 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- UK PQS/Consultancy experience is preferred
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Able to carry out QS tasks independently
- Driving licence and car
