A national construction consultancy with a historic reputation for delivering a top-tier QS service is seeking a forward-thinking Associate Quantity Surveyor with Director ambitions to join their Birmingham office.

Role

The Managing Director is looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor who is eager to lead, develop, and grow the existing QS offering across the Midlands, including collaboration with other local offices. With the support of the wider team, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will be involved in delivering projects, winning new work, driving marketing and business development initiatives, and supporting recruitment efforts.

  • MRICS
  • Previous experience as a Senior or Associate QS
  • Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
  • Excellent pre and post contract experience
