An International Construction Consultancy is seeking a young and intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Birmingham.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be part of a collaborative QS team where you will have the opportunity to carry out an array of pre and post contract tasks including recording cost data, completing cost management reports, and monthly financial reporting. From day one, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be mentored and supported by a Senior Quantity Surveyor as you work together to deliver a diverse range of projects including industrial, retail, and commercial buildings.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- A Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
- Basic pre and post contract knowledge
- Working towards becoming MRICS (or willing to start)
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- Driving licence + car
In Return:
- £35,000 - £45,000
