An expanding Building Surveying team is seeking an articulate Associate Building Surveyor to join their head office in Greater London.
Associate Building Surveyor
The successful Associate Building Surveyor shall be given the independence/freedom to work on a diverse range of public sector projects across Kent, London, and the South – carrying out a project biased role (project management, building surveying, and contract administration).
Additionally, the Associate Building Surveyor will mentor less experienced team members, serve as a key client contact, and gain valuable insights from senior Partners on business development strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed a RICS accredited degree (ideally building surveying)
- MRICS or working towards
- Building Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy environment
- Project focused / Contract administration experience
- Residential, or public sector, or fire remediation project experience
