A growing Manchester Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a competent and professional Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
The role involves supporting and working alongside an Associate, primarily on an ever-growing healthcare programme in Manchester, which has rapidly expanded from 10 to 140 hospital and healthcare-related projects, with values ranging from £200K to £8M. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on various projects at a variety of stages, providing good pre and post contract exposure.
- 18+ months Quantity Surveying experience
- Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
- PQS / Consultancy background
- Manchester based
- Basic pre and post contract experience
