The Head of Cost Management, for a top Property Consultancy and an expanding QS team, is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join their London office.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working within a close-knit team for an established practice, carrying out a project delivery role with the support of an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor and Associate. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on projects for a diverse client base including schemes for Homes England, Local Councils, MET Police and more. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also support business development activities and mentor the apprentice – all tasks which lead to moving up into an Associate role.
Requirements:
- MRICS
- PQS / Cost Consultancy background
- Quantity Surveyor seeking a step up or currently a Senior QS
- Comfortable delivering projects, pre and post contract
- Early stage master planning experience would be a plus
- Eager to be part of a long term project
- Client facing
