A close knit, expanding Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with their influx of high-end residential projects in Greater Manchester.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing EA / Project Manager role, working closely with private clients across the Northwest to deliver high-end residential projects and turn their vision into reality.
Alongside managing your own projects, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an important role within the wider team, mentoring and supporting more junior members and providing guidance on any technical or project-related queries.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or working towards
- Experience working within a UK PQS
- Preferably high-end residential experience
- Strong Communicator
- Good experience working within a team
