A close-knit, multi-disciplinary Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy is seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor with strong PQS experience to join their Manchester office.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across a variety of public sector / local authority projects for an award-winning consultancy, whilst giving clients professional customer service.
The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to complete delegated tasks to a high standard while consistently meeting project deadlines. You will work within a supportive team environment, so strong communication skills and a personable approach are important.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Worked within a UK PQS / Consultancy environment
- MRICS or working towards
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Commutable to Manchester
- Ideally previous Public Sector experience
