A national Construction Consultancy specialising in the built environment is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has strong Associate / Partner aspirations to join their Liverpool office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a diverse range of projects, delivering both pre-contract and post-contract services. Pre-contract responsibilities include providing strategic and risk management advice, preparing tender documentation, and advising clients during the tender evaluation process. Post-contract duties include valuing completed works, managing cost reporting, and ensuring effective commercial control throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

  • Achieved an RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Strong Pre / Post contract knowledge
  • Ideally previous experience in the built environment
  • Experience working within a Construction Consultancy
  • Strong communication skills
