The Director of Cost Management for a PQS practice in Hertfordshire is looking for a confident Quantity Surveyor to work alongside him as they grow the Quantity Surveying team.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a Quantity Surveying team who work on an array of projects, including offices, car parks, medical centres, and healthcare facilities across London and the Home Counties, with project values up to £30 million.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will attend site, carrying pre and post contract roles - including contract administration, and much more. An ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with ambitions to progress to Senior level and who is looking to avoid the London commute.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- 3+ years quantity surveying experience
- Good contract administration experience
- Any healthcare project experience would be a plus
