An award-winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor with Senior QS ambitions, as they look to expand their Manchester office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across several impressive projects throughout the North, becoming directly involved with private clients from the outset. The new Quantity Surveyor shall carry out pre and post contract services, taking projects from inception to completion, with the support of the wider quantity surveying team.

Requirements:

  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or working towards
  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • UK PQS/ Consultancy experience
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Driving licence and car

In Return:
