A specialist, high end residential construction consultancy are seeking a client facing, technically astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will support the Director by proactively mentoring and managing the Quantity Surveying team which will involve checking work, answering questions, and general line management duties. Alongside the above, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will help deliver a high class cost management service on private, super prime residential projects for high-net worth clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • MRICS is a plus, but not essential
  • PQS / Cost Management experience in the UK
  • Worked alongside private clients
  • High-end Residential project experience is essential
  • Proactive, team-focused, client facing

In return, the position offers:
