A commercially minded and professional Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London office which is a short distance from Southwark station.
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work on a nice array of commercial (cut & carve, offices, work places) and residential projects, where you will provide a traditional quantity surveying role, pre and post contract. The Quantity Surveyor will initially start by supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor before carrying out work independently.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role:
- PQS / Cost Management background
- Working towards completing your APC diary
- Basic pre and post contract experience
- Commercial sector experience would be preferable
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
