A young, sociable Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work within a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive portfolio of work including:
- High end residential refurbishment - acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator
- School extension - up to £10m
- Commercial spaces
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also undertake pre and post cost management services under the supervision of an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a construction related degree
- 18+ months, UK quantity surveying experience
- Pre and/or post contract experience
- Previous experience within a cost management / cost consultancy practice
- A proactive and inquisitive nature
- Driving licence
