A professional Building Consultancy with a collaborative nature is seeking a client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor in Surrey.
The role involves leading high-end residential projects for various private clients across the South, carrying out pre and post contract work, plus some contract administration. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be supported by two Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
- Must have PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
- Residential / high-end residential project experience would be advantageous
