A professional Building Consultancy with a collaborative nature, is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor in Surrey. The Senior Quantity Surveyor\’s role The Associate Quantity Surveyor / Head of QS is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS / Consultancy background who is comfortable delivering residential projects for private clients. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, supported by two Assistant Quantity Surveyors, will lead high-end residential projects for various private clients across the South – carrying out pre and post contract work, plus some contract administration.
