An expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious and client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.
The Director of Quantity Surveying is looking for a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor to manage a team of two, whilst also being responsible for project delivery, covering residential, local authority, retrofit, and fire remediation projects.
The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will undertake a client-facing role, working closely with key clients to gain new and repeat work.
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Residential, Fire Remediation, or Local Authority project exposure
