A 30 year old, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working across a diverse portfolio of projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors role:
- Joining their London office, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a QS team of 6 who are working on a broad range of infrastructure, transport, office, residential, and mixed use schemes using both JCT and NEC contracts.
- The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead multiple projects, pre and post contract, whilst also carrying out some project management and contract administration duties.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Ideally MRICS / Chartered
- JCT and NEC contract experience
- A proven track record of working across a variety of projects
- UK PQS / Consultancy experience
- Solid pre and post contract knowledge
- Comfortable carrying out EA/CA and PM services
