A market leading, cost management consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with healthcare experience to join their head office in central London.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be working on a long-term, new hospital programme which is responsible for building 40 new healthcare facilities across the UK.
As part of your role, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work on a mixture of large and small projects, providing pre and post cost management services where appropriate primarily using the NEC contract.
- Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS, or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- Must have experience of working on healthcare projects
- Excellent pre and post cost management knowledge
- Capable of working independently
- Previous or current PQS / Consultancy experience
