The Director of Quantity Surveying at a forward-thinking Building Consultancy is seeking a professional and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambition.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors role involves joining their head office in Kent, where the successful candidate will act as the Director's right hand, playing a key role across public sector projects, including a major £100m+ regeneration scheme.
Alongside project delivery, carrying out pre and post contract services, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also help mentor and line manage the QS team, and interface with clients.
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Ideally MRICS, but not essential
- UK PQS / Consultancy experience
- Comfortable delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent pre contract knowledge
- Preferably based/live in Kent
