The Partner of a UK Cost Management Consultancy is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with Gatwick Airport's major projects team.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, fast paced, family feel construction team at Gatwick Airport where you will be working on a mix of civils, hotel, office, car parking, and retail projects throughout the different sites. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with different stakeholders, comfortable accepting the clients procedures, and be able to produce monthly reports.
Requirements:
- PQS / client side experience
- NEC contract experience - MUST HAVE
- Aviation / Infrastructure project experience would be a plus, but not essential
- Able to commute to Gatwick 3 days a week
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Gatwick Airport 3x a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 plus package
