An expanding property and construction Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to be at the centre of the company's continuous expansion.

The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit and expanding Quantity Surveying team, who are working across a mix of leisure, student accommodation, and residential projects.
Day to day the new Quantity Surveyor shall support a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver pre and post contract tasks including cost planning, measuring, contract admin, variations, and settling final accounts.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / equivalent
- MRICS or working towards
- Commutable to Manchester
- Basic pre and post contract knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
