A well-established Chartered Surveying consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident in carrying out both pre and post contract tasks with minimal supervision.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a UK-wide consultancy, working across a diverse range of residential, arts, heritage, and industrial projects. Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will be involved in preparing initial estimates, managing the full procurement process, administering contracts, overseeing site activities, and closing out projects.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Able to commute to Buckinghamshire on a daily basis
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy firm
- Able to carry out pre and post contract tasks independently
