A sociable and dynamic Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive client base is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is eager to progress into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based in the consultancys newly opened, modern, open-plan London office, working within a team of 15+ professionals who deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, including private residential, heritage, commercial, and art schemes, valuing up to £20m.
Initially, the Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a high-end residential project, undertaking both Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration duties across the pre and post contract stages.
You will also support the Partners on more complex schemes, providing hands-on assistance and gaining valuable exposure to a broader range of project challenges.
The Quantity Surveyor
- 3+ years quantity surveying experience
- Good cost planning experience
- Contract administration experience is a bonus
- Client facing / Strong communication skills / excellent technical knowledge
- Hold a RICS related degree, or MRICS
- Cost Management / Cost consultancy experience
