An ambitious Construction Consultancy that continues to grow is seeking an articulate and team-focused Quantity Surveyor for their Surrey office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate on high-end, super prime residential projects across the Southeast. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in pre and post contract work including:

  • preparing budgets and cost plans
  • managing the full tender process
  • administering contracts
  • negotiating final accounts

The Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Working towards chartership
  • Worked within a UK construction consultancy
  • Able to commute to Southwest London/Surrey
  • Residential or high end residential project experience

In return, the position offers:
