A boutique Quantity Surveying consultancy that works exclusively within the high-end residential sector, is seeking a professional and personable Quantity Surveyor for their London office.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit team who deliver Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Contract Admin roles on luxury residential projects across London and the Home Counties. The successful Quantity Surveyor shall support the team with the delivery of projects for private clients, which requires a professional and confident approach, as well as a good level of Quantity Surveying knowledge.
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or MSc
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Must have worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
- High end residential / private residential project experience would be a huge plus
- A good, sociable, professional, confident character
- Team player
In Return:
