An established, Northern Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Sunderland.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse portfolio of public sector projects, taking responsibility for managing multiple schemes from pre to post contract, with the support and guidance of the senior members of the team. You will also act as an Employer's Agent, coordinating project stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives.
