A new, fast-paced Quantity Surveying Consultancy in London is seeking a mature and reliable Quantity Surveyor based in the Southeast.
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work across an impressive portfolio of projects including high-end residential, cut and carve commercial, healthcare, and education projects across London and the Home Counties. They will support the Directors with day-to-day pre and post contract tasks such as measurement, preparing contract documents, cost plans, etc., all completed either from home or from their London office.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy (UK)
- Pre and post contract knowledge (e.g. measuring)
- Comfortable carrying out tasks independently and from home
- Experience of working on projects within the built environment
In Return:
- £45,000 - £55,000
- 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
