Quantity Surveyor

Overview

An expanding London Cost Consultancy with a family-feel working environment, is seeking a team-focused Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 25+ in a new, modern, London office near London Bridge where you will work alongside an Associate in delivering high-end residential, heritage, and education projects.
• Provide a QS/CA/EA role, pre and post contract, whilst also having your own project to run from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (min 2:1)
• 2 years (or more) quantity surveying experience
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Client facing, personable, team-focused character
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
