A chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy based across the East of England are looking for a client facing Quantity Surveyor for their Essex office.

The Quantity Surveyors role
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director on an array of projects including masterplanning, industrial, residential, healthcare valuing up to £50m.
Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will work on projects from inception to completion including estimating, procurement, site delivery, and concluding the final accounts.
The Quantity Surveyor
Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Minimum of 3 years, Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Pre and post contract exposure
Client facing
Essex based able to drive and commute with ease
