A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to expand its head office in Milton Keynes by adding a client-facing Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will primarily work on retail projects valued at around £2m, delivering pre- and post-contract services on fast-paced schemes.
In addition, the new Quantity Surveyor will support the management team on larger commercial, education, and healthcare projects.
The Quantity Surveyor
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
- Retail project experience would be useful
- Pre and post cost management experience
- Client facing
- Driving licence
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
